MEDVi will only refund you for the current billing cycle if they haven't gotten your medicine yet. For new patients, returns are usually given when the intake form is turned in or after a live video visit. Patients who are coming back can ask for a refund when they fill out a refill form for that payment cycle. Due to federal regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once bought. You can only get a refund for the most recent billing cycle. You can't get one for an earlier cycle.
