Zaka is developing an online Academy program that targets upskilling fresh graduates or working professionals looking for a career transition to get the necessary industry skills in Data Science and AI while guaranteeing them a job opportunity upon graduation and an ever-lasting connection to a vibrant, local AI community. Having an online platform with digitized content will help us grow the business by reaching more customers easily. It will also help us put time and efforts into creating new content and increasing our offerings rather than delivering our current content in live sessions, which requires constant labor effort from our team while being limited to a small number of participants for high effectiveness.

Revenue Model Description

We generate revenue in 2 streams: either by selling tickets to our workshops, bootcamps and programs to individuals who are interested in getting into AI, or by offering training to companies who are interested in upskilling their employees on cutting edge technologies. We plan on increasing our sales from direct-to-consumer events by launching our digitized online Academy this year. We also aim to double down on marketing efforts so we can increase the profit from industry training.
