Our target audience is people who seeking additional motivation and have already used or tried different gamification approaches in their day-2-day activities so we're working closely with this community and developing digital materials so we can attract the customers. We’re going to use a bottom-up marketing strategy, starting with single users or small teams, for example, teams of developers or designers. As more teams and users use Stokey within the organization at some point it will make sense to implement a company-wide solution. This is a commonly used approach, proven by successful startups such as Superhuman and Miro.
