Revenue Model Description

Our model is scalable, both in terms of geography and product range. We will begin in the UAE, focusing on insurance products, pet food and pet grooming. Our growth strategy will include geographic expansion into the GCC and portfolio expansion to include the products that are important for pet owners. Our revenue stream comes from a percentage of each sale on the platform, and a subscription model that will be available for select customers to purchase. This will provide those customers an opportunity to avail for special discounts on pet related products and services.
