We are catering to those who are curious to learn the game, and to take it up in a fun manner without large commitments to equipment, time, clothing, or others. We will acquire customers via events, via cross pollination from retail, from food and beverage and through traditional marketing methods. This includes children, women, or those with disabilities. We cater to all those interested in golf. Primarily, we use Social media and word of mouth for new client acquisition.

As the owner of the building, we will monetize the entire building via golf entertainment time, golf lessons, alcoholic beverage sales, food and non alcoholic beverage sales, retail tenant lease rental, events, as well as advertising and sponsorship opportunities throughout the facility as well as via outdoor advertising opportunities within the building and driving range.
