School students are our direct beneficiaries while teachers and instructors are indirect ones. "Nafham School" and "Nafham Life-Skills" are mainly free services, we acquire new customers through inbound marketing strategies and business partnerships, while Nafham Mubasher converts premium users from our free services. Our TAM size is 50M+ Arab school students and we’re targeting 10M students from 18 Arab countries by the end of 2022, and looking to convert 33K premium users (>1%) to "Mubasher service".

Revenue Model Description

We’ve been in the business for 7 years quite enough time to understand the market, build a strong user base and a solid brand. After this long journey we’ve reached to the perfect business model and perfect combination of products and services where we can make a huge impact serving millions of students for free and monetize through converting up to 3% of our users to our new premium “one to one” online private tutoring service where students pay the tutor for an hour-long live session and Nafham gets average 30% booking fee for each transaction, the service which we’re piloting right now and seeing a 150% growth for this year. Co-branded content and sponsorship work as a secondary revenue stream which helps Nafham also to expand its reach with no cost.
