Our best customer is a banked, unbanked, and under-banked individual from weaker economic sections of the society who needs money but is unaware of the channels that can provide finance. Simultaneously MSMEs include e-commerce sellers, who have limited cash flow and limited access to banking and financial services. The market potential of Digital Finance Services in Pakistan will cross USD 36 billion by 2025, providing a 7% boost to the GDP, creating 4 million new jobs, and resulting in USD 263 billion in new deposits. At present, 90 million out of the 119 million adult population is unbanked or under-served. 90% of transactions are cash-based and out of 2 million retailers across Pakistan, only 27% are digitized. We are using shop fronts and partner fuel stations to advertise our presence and the types of services currently available. Also, we plan to run sponsored ads in a timely manner on Meta (Facebook) and Instagram to facilitate our network to spread the word. We will also be using SMS marketing for existing and potential customers in order to create traction. The shopkeepers/retailers are also using WhatsApp to promote the availability of MyTM commerce services to their circle of customers and friends.
