We are reinventing how people shop for clothing online by combining e-commerce with social media and the element of the styling subscription box. Our strategy to get this product to market and build traction: • We are tapping influencers to hook in their target customers. Over the next 180 days, roughly 400 influencers across social media will be encouraging their audiences to vote on different outfits using the Modista app. • The influencers are getting incentivized credit or getting paid sponsorships “5% to 10% of sales” (depending on the size of their followers). • Modista app will also incentivize customers with cashback money in their wallet as a percentage of purchase to increase network effect. • Our incentive-based Social shopping platform has the potential to create a network effect and the ability for 20% Month on Month growth and 100% Annual growth • Influencers will use the outfits with the most likes to influence their audiences.
