India: Residential: 31 M Urban Apartment Market in 2020 with 2.6 Lakhs Apartments being added every year in Major Cities with Top- 10 developers to account for 50-60% of the supply (as per Edelweiss) Commercial: Office Space and Warehouse Stock is expected to grow from 800 M sqft currently to 1.5 B Sqft by 2030. We employ a B2B2C model wherein we onboard B2B customers and then start managing their consumers on our community management platform. We will use a multi channel acquisition strategy to acquire customers.
