The market for recruitment is global - 450bn USD globally - with the Agency market approx 350bn USD annually. We are aiming to target at first SME's which up until now have not been able to use recruiters because of the high cost of recruiters fees associated with it. This is going to be done mostly by old fashion cold calling sales technique. A HR manager is not going to use a platform on one call - you need to build rapport with them and build the trust. We have found this takes about 3 calls for them to try the system.
