We believe that waste becomes a resource in the right hands. In Turkey Ecosystem, food waste worths 50 B € and 30 M € of it can be prevented with Fazla Gıda's holistic surplus management system. With our digital platform, we could bring back %20 of food waste that worths 250 billion TL. In 2,5 years our business grew by 500%. We work with different stakeholders which are mainly producers, stores, HoReCas, distributors, municipalities, charities and food banks, animal feed producers and recycling centers. More than 120 food banks, soup kitchens, or charities get donations every day. We work with sector leaders both local and global companies such as Metro Cash & Carry, PepsiCo, Nestle, Danone, Mondelez, and the number is accelerating due to 100% client gladness As it is mentioned above, Fazla Gıda works with different stakeholders with different partnership strategies, those partnerships connect Fazla Gıda with suitable clients, in addition to FazlaGıda Sales&Operations Team. The surplus management process is being handled mainly manually in most of countries. Fazla Gıdas' technological and holistic perspective to surplus management process makes Fazla Gıda desirable for different client segments such as retailers or HoReCa, not just in Turkey but also in Europan countries like Russia and Italy. where the surplus management process is not so developed.
