Fanera is targeting fans on social media networks, as they’re already engaging with football on social media, in addition, we run contest which motivates fans to share, vote and predict the match result, these contents are driving coefficient virality. Football is the most popular and most televised sport in the world. There are approximately 1.2 billion (and growing) football enthusiasts with internet enabled smartphones and the love of the sport at their fingertips. More importantly, Football has the most sponsorships worldwide, mainly due to the fact that it is a 40 billion dollar industry with an 8% annual growth. Fanera is targeting fans on social media networks, as they’re already engaging with football on social media, in addition, we run contest which motivates fans to share, vote and predict the match result, these contents are driving coefficient virality. We also focus on recruiting famous football influencers to join the family and create their fan base and start monetizing their channel, Finally, we partnered with clubs, football broadcast and offer them a trial period to use the service and promote the app for their users.

Fanera’s business model focuses on three main pillars. 1) Club subscriptions: Although the majority of the tools that we provide to a football club are free, there are some additional analytics and business intelligence reporting that are fee-based. 2) Ad Manager: A tool that allows clubs, influencers, sponsors or brands to create ad campaigns for their target audience. 3) In App Purchases: With new gamification features, users can gather points, badges and rewards by posting, sharing, liking, commenting and predicting scores. Some rewards can be purchased in advance to rank up their team line-up and be at the top of the leaderboard.
